Signing in and resetting your password
The password reset works without our involvement and is the fastest route. It is worth trying before you write.
Password reset
On the sign-in screen choose password recovery and give the account address. A link for setting a new password will arrive in your inbox. The link is valid for a limited time - if it expires, ask for a new one.
If the message does not arrive, check the spam folder and make sure you are entering the address the account was actually created with.
Sign-in fails despite a correct password
Before writing, rule out the two most common causes:
- A password manager filling in an old password - type it manually.
- An extension blocking scripts or cookies, which stops your sign-in from being remembered.
If that did not help
Write to kontakt@jakzdacprawko.pl and give the account address. Do not send us your password - we never ask for it and we do not need it.
