How to report an error in a question

We read every report, but it is worth knowing upfront what we can correct and what we cannot - it saves you waiting for an answer that changes nothing.

What we will fix

Everything that is on our side:

  • A video or photo that does not load or does not match the question.
  • A discrepancy between what we display and the official database - if something drifted when we transferred the questions to the app, that is our error and we fix it straight away.
  • A display fault: cut-off text, unreadable graphics, a question that will not move forward.

What we will not change

The wording of the question or the correct answer indicated in the database. This is official material - rewriting it into something “more sensible” would mean you study something other than what you will get in the exam room.

If you believe the question itself is substantively flawed, the route leads to the author of the database, not to us. Write anyway - if more reports about the same question come in, that has value as a signal.

What to include in the report

Choose the topic “Studying and questions”. The form will ask for the licence category and the question number from the database - those two are enough to land on exactly the question you saw. If the fault is visible on screen, describe exactly what you see in your message.
