Video and photos in questions
Some of the basic questions are built around a short recording of a traffic situation. We take the material from the same database as the wording of the questions - we do not shoot our own and we do not swap anything. We play the recordings without sound.
Why this matters
A question with video tests something different from a text question: not knowledge of a rule, but recognition of a situation in traffic. Studying such questions from a written description does not work - you have to see the recording itself, not a description of it.
The video does not load
The most common causes are on the connection or browser side:
- A weak connection - video material weighs considerably more than the text of the question alone.
- Data saving or low power mode on the phone, which block automatic playback.
- A browser extension blocking media content.
If the problem comes back
Write with the topic “Bug in the app”. The form will ask about your device and browser and about where the problem occurs - that is usually enough for us to reproduce the fault.
