How to restore access after changing devices
The Package and your progress live on the account, not on the device. After switching phones or browsers you sign in with the same email address and everything is where you left it.
With an account you lose nothing
Your answer history, mock exam results and the remaining days of the Package are stored on the account side. You can study on your phone while queuing and come back to the same place on a laptop.
Without an account progress does not survive
You do not need an account for one mock exam a day, but without one there is nowhere to save your progress. Changing devices, clearing browser data or using private mode all mean starting from zero.
If you are studying for longer than one evening, create a free account. It also unlocks study mode and a second mock exam during the day - still at no cost.
You do not remember which address the account uses
Look in your inbox for the registration message or the contract confirmation - the recipient address is the account address. If that is not enough, write to kontakt@jakzdacprawko.pl.
