How you can pay for the Package
The payment goes through the dpay operator. We do not see your bank login details - you log in on your bank’s own website. We pass the BLIK code straight to the operator and do not store it.
Available methods
At checkout you choose one of three methods: BLIK, an online transfer from a bank you pick from the list, or choosing the method on the dpay.pl operator’s page. With BLIK and with a transfer from a selected bank you enter the first name and surname of the person paying and tick the statement required by dpay.pl. We pass the first name and surname on to the operator and do not save them. BLIK is the fastest route: a code from your banking app, confirmation on the phone and you are back to studying. With an online transfer you choose your bank, log in and approve a pre-filled transfer.
You can also choose the method on the dpay.pl operator’s page. Depending on the amount and the provider’s decision, you will also find BLIK Płacę Później and Twisto there, that is, deferred payment. It is a separate contract with the provider of that method, for adults. The provider will show you the terms, including any costs, before you confirm. A refund of the price goes to the provider, not to your bank account.
The BLIK code expired or the payment failed
A BLIK code is valid only briefly - if you do not confirm it in time, the transaction is lost and a new code has to be generated. No money is taken in that situation.
If your bank shows a charge but the Package has not appeared in your account, write to us with the topic “Payment and access” and give the order number. Do not repeat the payment - we will check the first one.
